Tenzro Labs
About

The technology partner for sovereign AI.

We design, build, and operate decentralized AI infrastructure for data center operators, sovereign governments, and enterprises — and we are the primary developer of the Tenzro Network.
Who we are

Tenzro Labs is an AI lab with deep expertise in distributed computing and decentralized AI systems.

We are the technology and operational partner for organizations that need to own their AI infrastructure — data center operators turning capacity into a sovereign AI service, governments standing up national AI capability, and enterprises bringing inference inside their own perimeter. We don't operate the infrastructure; we design the architecture, build the stack, deploy it on your hardware, and run it alongside your team.

As the primary developer and contributor to the Tenzro Network, we hold expertise in this stack that no one else can offer. Our work spans the full stack — verifiable training and tokenized inference, confidential compute, agent orchestration, and the software that runs AI computing clusters — all contributing to open, accessible, secure, and interoperable AI.

Areas of expertise

Distributed computing

Consensus, networking, scheduling, and storage for systems that span thousands of heterogeneous nodes across diverse environments.

Decentralized AI

Verifiable training, tokenized inference, confidential compute in TEE enclaves, and zero-knowledge proofs for AI workloads.

Agentic systems

Identity, delegation, payment, and policy primitives that let autonomous agents discover, negotiate, and settle without intermediaries.

Embedded AI hardware

Cluster design and software for embedded AI platforms that serve models in diverse environments — energy-efficient, vendor-neutral, deployable anywhere there is power and a network.

Institutional blockchain

Canton Network partner — deep experience designing and building institutional-grade blockchain systems, Canton/DAML applications, and RWA settlement.

AI governance

Standards design, policy primitives, and audit tooling that make AI accountability technically enforceable — not just policy on paper.

Principles
01
Open by default
Our protocols, frameworks, and reference implementations are open source under permissive licenses. Lock-in is the problem we are solving.
02
Verifiable, not trusted
Inference, training, and settlement should be provable — through zero-knowledge proofs or hardware attestation — not asserted by a vendor.
03
Sovereign by design
AI infrastructure should run on hardware you own, in the jurisdiction you govern, under your control — not a foreign hyperscaler's region. Embedded clusters, on-prem racks, national deployments, public network — same stack.
04
Interoperable
We design for the open agentic web — standard identities, standard payments, standard interfaces — so agents and humans can transact across organizations.
